一样是定温热保护式灯的控制装置，从字面上看区别只在于B.3.2定义中有“在任何使用条件下”，还有附录C是针对电子控制装置。
具体什么区别？大家能不能说一说？

看13章，只有非电子式镇流器才涉及tw，所以我想附录B是否只针对非电子式的镇流器？
但附录B一直用controlgear这个字眼，并不明言是镇流器，有点疑惑。
