标准的定义的不一致性的例子

GB7000.1-2007对
rewireable luminaire 译为“可以重新接线的灯具”
non- rewireable luminaire 译为“不可以重新接线的灯具”
non-detachable flexible cable.... 译为“不可拆卸的软缆.....”

GB2099.1-1996对
non-rewireable plug......译为“不可拆线的插头.....”

我知道“不可拆卸”和“不可重新接线”是两个完全不同的定义的，在这里GB7000.1和GB2099为什么把rewireable和detachable译成近似同义，而正确的以那一个准？ 不解之中。

上面是60598上面对两种的定义，从上面来看还是有点区别的。GB7000的定义也是一样的。
从字面上来看：non-detachable其实是可拆卸的，不过要借助工具。non-rewireable 拆了之后产品就不能正常工作了。
