Household and similar electric appliances – Safety – Part 2-2: Particular requirements for vacuum cleaners and water-suction appliances
2010年4月14日CENELEC公布了EN60335-2-2标准的新增修改要求，该要求于2011年5月1日起生效，并将于2013年4月14日强制执行。该次修改所涉及内容比较多且对产品的设计有较大的影响，Intertek家电检测专家特简单整理其关键要求如下：

1 在防触电的判断中, 增加了probe 18实验指(模拟36个月-14岁小孩的手指和手臂)
8.1.1 test finger probe 18 is applied (simulate access to hazardous parts by children of more than 36 months and less than 14 ages)
2 根据外壳材料的不同和产品的不同, 外壳温升允许值不再是原来统一的60K.
11.8 Temperature rise of external surface is not all 60K but varied according to the products and materials the surface used
3 在防止运动部件伤害的检测时, 增加probe 18测试指.
20.2 Test probe 18 is applied to stability and removable parts hazards checking
4 带电动地刷的产品, 需要进行翻倒测试. 产品不能发生意外启动.
20.Z101Driven parts of an appliance shall not become accessible if the appliance is switched on by overturning
5 要避免意外触及可能造成伤害的滚动地刷
和类似装置. 新增了foot probe, 用以模拟人脚.
20.Z102 Inadvertent access to hazardous rotating brushes and similar devices during normal operation shall be prevented by using foot probe.
6 冲击试验的能量由0,5J 更改为1,0J
21.1 The impact energy changed from 0.5J to 1.0J
7 对于手持式器具增加跌落试验.
21.Z101 Adding drop test for handheld appliance.
8 除电动地刷头以外的转动刷头, 其功能性开口, 宽度不得超过120mm.
22.Z102 The functional openings of power rotating brushes, with the exception of motorized cleaning heads, shall not exceed 120 mm along the major dimension of the opening. |
