60335-1 20章的稳定性测试20.1 注2中,对装有滚轮、自定位脚轮或支脚的器具，可能需要在水平面进行测试。
此条怎样理解？在水平面上进行测试，怎样与水平面成10度的倾斜角？

拿几块木版和量角器,自己做个倾斜角也可以的了

实际上是举例对：
However, if part of an appliance comes into contact with the horizontal supporting surface when the appliance is tilted through an angle of 10 o , the applinace is placed on a horizontal support and tilted in the most unfavorable direction through an angle of 10 o.
的解释。
目的是：对于装有脚轮、滚轮等的器具，倾倒的可能性会增加。先将器具置于测试台的水平面上，再将测试台倾倒到10 o, 以减少伤害操作者的可能性。
