验货程序如下 ：
首先，一般的检验要求
1]验货员客观公正，对产品熟悉理解，有正确的商业常识（common sense），2）设备/测试试验工具状态良好，有调教维护，用法正确，无技术差错，/粗心差错/故意差错，3）所抽样板随机，数量足够，足以代表所验货批之质量4） QC 跟从SPEC检验，勿松勿严，从出货后
各环节考虑问题，5） 检验环境，振动/噪音/光线等因素不会影响试验测试，检验。
2）基本要求
* Unpack by inspector
in the peak time .qc is reqire the factory worker help to unpack the goods for inspection, Owing to this procedure,
might be neglected some packing problem, therefore , requsting inspector to checking three carton at least on each
lot of goods.
*when performing inspection ,qc should see the toy from the point of view of customer/user including warehouse handler
.forwarder,department store staff. buyer ,th child(user).etc.
*qc use all sense during inspection ( to see ,to smell, to feel.ect)
*qc jot down defect/inspection data on formal data sheet, minimize the data trasfer error.
3)inspection produre
*prepare doc/ tool/data sheet in advance
*prepare update si,item master ,chinese check list / right sample/ memo if applicable(检验规格资料)
*一般工具等/ARROW LABEL/UPC SCNNER ，ETC。
*STUDY SPEC /SAMPLE AND BE FAMILIAR，
*IF APPLICABLE ，CHECK IF ANY CTS RECORD/SAMPLE
