作為一間製衣公司的品質控制員, 其職責是於貨品質量,生產協調,生產控制及一切檢查計劃,程序,標準.
檢查及監視為確保生產過程中所有生產內容內容及工藝符合客人要求.
品質控制員應該主動, 進取, 具責任並能獨立地工作, 如發現問題要及時與廠方負責人員進行交流, 用最
快時間及最合理的辦法處理項目中出現的問題, 以確保貨期. 同時應將相關的問題記錄在驗貨報告上. 此外,
如問題嚴重便須在大貨中抽取具代表性的疵點帶回公司批核,
As a Quality Controller in a garment company, He / She were responsible for product quality,
production co-ordination, production control and all inspection plans and procedures. Inspect and monitor
the workflow to ensure all production details and workmanship keeps for customer’squality requirements.
The Quality Controller should be Initiative, aggressive, responsibility & able to work independently,
If the production details were not up to standard, Quality Controller has to work out with the factory the
most effective and efficient way for rectification in order to ensure meet the shipment schedule. Also marked
down all the details of the problems on the inspection report for recording. Moreover, He / She also has to report
and bring back samples with typical and critical defects for the final approval of the company if major problems in order.
Work flow： 工作程序
1) 備齊所有查貨資料；包括: 樣辦, 生產合約, 生產製作單, 色板, 物料咭和資料…等.
Preparation all the information for inspection, including, pre-production Sample, production
order and Sheet, Bulk Fabric Sample, Trim Card and other related information.
2) 消化相關資料，了解試裝過程中出現的問題及應對的方法, 確保完全明白並掌握該批貨
的最新資訊內容和工藝要求.

requirement on the styling and workmanship.
3) 向廠方負責人了解貨品生產進度情況, 作好查貨時間安排.

4) 備齊所有查貨相關的資料, 下發給國內QC同事, 並安排他們的工作日程.

5) 查貨 Inspection：
中期檢驗 ( In-line inspection ) –
當大貨開始生產或有成品時就可以進行中期檢驗, 那時候可以核對款式, 顏色, 布料,
輔料, 手感,等等是否符合客人要求. 同時也可檢查工藝及尺寸, 並到車間查看各車縫工
序, 加強控制一些關鍵部位或難度較高的工序的品質控制, 盡早發現問題解決問題及預
防問題.

尾期檢驗 ( Final inspection ) –
大貨須完全離開車間, 進行後整理, 並有80%以上裝好箱, 方可進行尾期檢查. 按照公司
要求即 (AQL 2.5標準) 抽取檢查樣本 – 每個顏色, 每個尺碼, 箱號的頭. 中. 尾都要抽
到. 尾期檢驗除了仔細查驗手工與尺寸外, 還要檢查包裝輔料, 箱嘜是否有錯, 貨品包裝
方式, 顏色數量搭配是否正確, 所有包裝貨品之款號與合約是否相同.若有錯漏要立即通
知相關人員進行修改.
Final inspection can be carried out after the sewing room, and that the commodities are under

6) 若貨品經檢驗後發現有問題引致退貨, 應即時通知廠方負責人加以更改, 修正後
再查驗. 但假若問題嚴重應抽取具代表性的貨品回公司向上司報告,
由公司作出批核, 作出批核前QC應通知廠方暫停下貨, 同時應將相關的問題記
錄在驗貨報告上.
If there were some major problems that lead to the rejection of the products, the Quality
Controller has to inform the factory for re-work immediate and asked them to submit the
refinal time for checking again. But if it can not approval by Quality Controller in the
major problem. After that he/she has to take some typical samples back to the company
for reporting and approval, And instruct the factory to hold the shipment before getting the
final approval from the company . Moreover, wrote down the associated problems on the
inspection report.
7) 貨品經檢查完成後, 出貨前QC須從大貨中抽取所有物料與大貨相同的船頭2件回公司.
Once the inspection was passed, The Quality Controller should take out 2 shipment samples
from the bulk products for record.
