1. We are giving you the job only when there's order suitable for you to do in an area near to you.
2. The day rate is USD60.00 for you for the area within 60km from your residence place. When the inspection site is obviously out of your area, we will have to agree on an extra compensation for the job.
3. We are not paying for your traveling costs, phone cost or printing / copying cost and etc. The day rate, and the extra compensation (if any), is the total payment you are going to receive.
4. The workload for one man day will be the normal accepted level.
5. You have to follow our Inspection Manual in conducting the inspection, taking pictures, completing the inspection report, and submitting the inspection report. The submitted report will be reviewed by EZ-QC. Failure to follow our Inspection Manual might lead to no-pay.
6. When the submitted report is approved, the payment will be done within one week.
Attached pls find a basic info sheet for you to fill in. After filling in, pls save the file and send it back to me. In the meantime, I would like you to send me a recent inspection report done by you for reference.
