2. He must be familiar with the Injection Molding. Tool design and resolve molding issues to defend our case if it is not really our material related issues..
3. Must be willing to work long hours and in Shift if required
4. Must drive High level of Housekeeping standard/ work process in the plant & QA to take it to next level
5. Lead ISO 9001
6. Must be Open minded, dedicated, Excellent team player with can do attitude and boundary less Attitude
7. Must have experience in the Plastics / polymer processing (Extrusion and Injection Molding) and formulation knowledge is plus
8) Must be willing to work Hands also drive / coach people and lead as example
9) Must Take the responsibility and work very closely with the production Manager and ensure the production is smooth
10) Should be willing to take the Lead in production when the production Manager is not around or some different shift is needed
11) Take lead on customer issues and analysis in details and come out with corrective and preventive plan and implements.
12) Must have some Leadership qualities and willing to grow..
CTC -- RMB 8K Per month
