However the factory only provided the inspection report for 8 air tanks and 14 safety valves, no inspection reports for pressure meter were provided for review on the audit day.	我们同意我们确实有疏忽了有效的证书管理。   We agree that we do have a neglect Of effective certificate management.	我们已经让他们在9月4日到深圳质监局办理测试测试和有关的证书在06年9月11日之前将发给我们。 We have sent them to shenzhen Academy of Metrology And Quality Inspection for Testing on Sep 4th,06 and the related certificate will be issued to us before Sep 11th,06.	建立一种证书管理体制回避这样的问题再次发生。 Set up a certificate management system to avoid such problem happen again.
9.15	工厂只为生活区提供一份饮用水试验报告并且符合它遵循国家饮用水标准。 深圳龙岗区疾病保护和控制中心市在2006年8月11日发布了试验报告。 The factory only provided one drinking water test report for the living area for review and found it complied with the national drinking water standard. The test reports were issued on 11th August 2006 by Shenzhen City Longgang District Disease Protection and Control Center.	由于工厂和宿舍是使用相同的供水管因此我们认为来自他们中的一个的一份证书是足够的 Due to factory and dormitory are use the same water supply pipe therefore we think a certificate from one of them is enough	我们已经取得深圳城市龙岗区疾病保护和控制中心测试费用的收据，报告将于06年9月14日发行 We have already asked Shenzhen City Longgang District Disease Protection and Control Center come to take sample for testing, Suppose the report will issue on 14th Sep,06	我们说明我们要求为它们两个每年都做测试。 We have prescribed that we will do the test for both of them yearly.
10.20	在工厂有共6位电工； 但是2份证书已经在2006年3月过期。   There were a total of 6 electricians in the factory; however 2 certificates had expired in March 2006.	缺乏有效的证书管理。 Lack of effective certificate management.	我们已经雇用一位新电工占用这个位置并且为其他工作位置重新安排他们。 We have employed a new electrician to occupy this position and re-arrange them for other work positions.	需要加强有效的证书的管理。 Will strengthen the management of effective certificate.
11.14	没有装备洗眼站，但有化学制品被使用并且储存在工厂. There was no eyewash station equipped where chemical were used and stored in the factory.	自制简单的设备不能过关。 Self-made simple equipment is not ok.	我们在06年8月30日已经购买合适的洗眼设备。 We have bought the right eyewash equipment for chemical area on Aug 30th, 06.	维修部门将定期检查全部洗眼设备并保证其完好。 Maintenance department will check all eyewash station regularly to ensure all these equipments in good conditions.

11.30	工厂没有为在注塑部门内工作的那些工人提供护耳塞，而且，由深圳龙岗疾病预防控制中心提供关于2006年6月13日的工厂噪音的监控报告 ,显示注塑部门的噪音能达到86.5分贝。 The factory did not provide earplugs for the workers working in the injection molding department. Furthermore, the factory provided noise monitoring report provided by Shenzhen Longang Disease Prevention Control Center on 13th June 2006), which showed the noise of injection molding department was up to 86.5db.	训练的PPE够，一些工人不愿意戴护耳塞。 PPE training is not good, some of the workers are not willing To wear earplugs.	已经加强PPE训练，在训练之后，将做更严格的检查  保证工人自己遵守它。 Already strengthened PPE training and will do more strict checking after training to assure workers obey it by themselves.	做更多的培训，促进检查改进他们的自我保健意识。 Do more training, publicize and checking to improve their awareness of self-health protection.
11.33	一位货梯操作者证书2006年7月 过期 The operators' certificate for one worker operating the cargo lift in production building was not renewed in July 2006.	他的证书有提及要每年年审但他并没去年审。 His certificate is on the process of yearly inspection and did not present it in time.	已经于06年9月25日去年审了 Already got certificate on Sep 5th,06.	需要加强有效的证书管理。 Will strengthen effective certificate management.
11.34	经检查货梯的资格证书已经关于2006年6月27日终止。 The inspection certificate of competency for one cargo lift had expired on 27th June 2006.	已经安排货梯每年年审并且及时得到证书 Have arranged cargo lift yearly inspection and did’t get certificate in time	已经于06年8月30日进行年审 Already got the certificate on Aug 30th, 06.	需要加强有效的证书管理。 Will strengthen effective certificate management
12.14	医疗证书直到2006年6月6日才被延期。 The hygiene certificate was not renewed till 6th June 2006.	对管理的疏忽 Neglect of management	已经于06年8月26里派人检查并且有望将在9月10日之前得到 Have sent for inspection on Aug 26th, 06 and hopefully will get it Before Sep 10th, 06.	需要加强有效的证书管理。 Will strengthen effective certificate management
12.17	在工厂有共9位厨房人员； 但是7份证书从2005年8月24日到2006年7月23日已经过期 There were a total of 9 kitchen staff in the factory; however 7 certificates had expired during the period from 24th August 2005 to 23rd July 2006.	对管理的疏忽 Neglect of management	08年8月26号已经安排健康检查并且将在9月10日之前取得证书。 Already arranged health inspection on Aug 26th, 06 and will get certificate before Sep 10th, 06.	需要加强有效的证书管理。 Will strengthen effective certificate management
