Position Title: General Manager - Garment
Responsibility:
- To act as a representative for the Company within China and other Asian countries, maintain profitable relationships with our current customers in Australia and Canada and develop new business from other prospects.
- Manage and direct the start-up business to achieve optimum profitability and effective use of business assets and human resources
- Provide strategic guidance and accountable for the performance of the division
- Train and develop team members by setting and monitoring individual goals and performance towards attainment of group objectives
- Strong connection with factory advantageous, quiet understanding of product including components, functions, quality, pricing, testing standards and safety requirement
- Make order to supplier and make good production capacity book, order follow up to ensure good delivery on time, quality control, shipment arrangement, payment follow
Candidate Qualifications:
- University degree or above, major in garment or foreign trade
- A minimum of 10 years’ experience in trading or garment buying office, of which 5 years should be at managerial level, advantage if has got working experience with USA customers and in building-up new accounts.
- The candidate will be based in Shanghai, and need to travel within China and South Africa on a regular basis
- Pro-active, must have a high sensibility and good diplomacy in working with respective buyers as the buyers are used to work with importers only, strong business acumen with good negotiation and people management skills
- Ability to perform efficiently and effectively in high pressure situations;
- Good people management and leadership
- Good general management, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Anticipate problems and contribute ideas to devise constructive solutions.
- Must be fluent in English and a Mandarin is a must plus
Position Title: SMM- Garment
Responsibility:
Build long term relationship with customers to maximize business growth and develop new opportunities
- Participate in buying trips/meeting,
- Handling customers enquies, complains and claims, orders
- Manage and lead team (over 15 team members) to achieve team sales targets
- Build and maintain strong/good relationship with vendors
- Monitor team member's performance and coach them to achieve better result
Candidate Qualifications:
- University graduate or above (pref. In business administration, merchandising or supply chain management
- At least 10 of merchandising experience with 5 years or more management experience
- Expert in all woven/knit items, previous exposure in buying office/trading company is preferred
- Customer oriented
- Experience in working directly with Australia customers
Position Title: QA Manager - Hometextile
Responsibility:
- To supervise a team of QA in Northern China in hardline %26 hometextile.
- Need to experience hardline %26 hometextile, strong in hometextile. Client is KOhl's
Candidate Qualifications:
- 5 to 8 years with relevent working experience.
- Mature, aggressive, professional style.
- Report to Senior QA Director
Position Title: Assistant Merchandise Manager - Hardgoods
Responsibility:
- Various Product Knowledge on Ceramic, Outdoor Furniture, Frames, Kitchenware, Luggage, etc
- Smart with Analytical Skill
Candidate Qualifications:
8 years working experience with relevent industry experience
