Do you learn third language such as Japanese

Like most of others, my second language is English, but up to now I still have the worst speaking and listening, it's a shy having learnt twenty years, but benefit is my wealth coming from America company.
Under economic crisis, some guys start to learn Japanese, and really find Japan company still could provide a competitive salary, would you like to speak third language for coming years?
I am hesitating, in my mind it's enough once I could learn English fluently...

you can master english firstly ,
if you have more engery , you can start learn Japanese
