Two years in ISP, too short. Which company are you in? By my experiences, usually it is not so hard working in such companies. There are some undiscovered rules, maybe you did not find or follow well. Learn hard on this points to trim yourself and to improve yourself.

Do not concentrate on the shift. Just turn to your jobs and learn to be an excellent guy. I think when you are feeling well on your current position, you will see the fortune for the next:-))

天天都有发简历，只面试了两家，工资都有很低，没法混啊！

说得很对阿，至于为什么新人好找工作，其实原因也很简单，首先成本低廉，其次，白纸一张可塑性强
