To improve English, is a long term work, the most important thing is to insist. But as a QC, what do you think should be improved in your job at present?

we shou can to be write the english report and can to description the production 's problem with english  

but our company not need the english  would well  we write the report with chinese

I think we can use the free time go to the english conner ,more and more to speak,and sometimes we can usually listen the english music when we take the bus to factory,the best ways i think is every days telephone to company when finish inspection,
