带老外去参观工厂，常会用到些比较简单的口语交流，看看下面的例子。
顾芝音:Good morning,George?
顾芝音:My name’s Jane(芝音).
George:Good morning,Jane.
顾芝音:Your look is good.
George:Thank you.
顾芝音:The weather is good,right?
George:Yeah,pretty good.
顾芝音:Today,we will go to the manufacturer.First,we will see the showroom,you can pick up whatever you like.Second,you will see the sample making room,redesigners,pattern makers and sample makers are there.Third,you will see the production lines,the production inspection lines and packing lines.
George:Ok.
The van(or car) is coming.
顾芝音:Come on,let's go.
On the van(car).
顾芝音:First time come to China?
George:No,I came a couple of times.
顾芝音:How's your business?
George:Good,Good.
顾芝音:Where're you from?
George:FromAmerica.
顾芝音:How's your family?
George:They're good.
George:Can I smoke?
顾芝音:Yeah,just open the window.
顾芝音:Are you a heavy smoker?
George:Not really.
顾芝音:What's your (products)lines?
George:Women suits,dresses and coats.
(This is really important for顾芝音to ask George,顾芝音is better to write down exactly.If顾芝音can not,let George write down for顾芝音.)
顾芝音:Can you write down for me?
George:Sure.
顾芝音:What's your customers,retailers?wholesalers?
George:Retailers,mostly chain stores and department stores.(This is really important for顾芝音to ask George,顾芝音is better to write down exactly.If顾芝音can not,let George write down for顾芝音.)
顾芝音: If you need me follow up you very closely to your company system,you can fax or e-mail me in details later.
George:Ok.
.......You can talk with him about his family,his sons and daughters and wife.If he give you the pictures,small sons and daughters are so cute,wife is beautiful and looks so young,but don't ask his wife age.You can ask his kids ages,how many kids in his family?How old are his kids?.....(Ask people's family to talk to closely.)
Arrive at the Manufacturer.
顾芝音:Here it is.
顾芝音:This is the boss (of the Manufacturer).
顾芝音:This is George.
工厂Boss:Welcome,George.
George:Nice to meeting you.
工厂Boss:Nice to meeting you.
George and工厂Boss shake the hands.
顾芝音 et's go to the showroom first.
Arrive at the showroom.
顾芝音:Need something to drink? Coffee?Tea?and soda(spring water,pepsi,orange juice,coke cola,sprite and ice tea)?
George epsi with ice please.
顾芝音give the pepsi with ice to George.
George:Thanks.
顾芝音:Here the samples,a variety of materals(or fabrics) and a variety of styles.I mean this manufacturer can find a variety of materials(fabrics) and can do a variety of styles following your need.
顾芝音:You can choose the samples whatever you like.
George choose some samples.And ask one or two prices…….
顾芝音 o you have some pictures to show us?Can I make copies?
Arrive at the sample making room,
顾芝音:We have 2 redesigners,3pattern makers and 5sample makers
顾芝音shows some designes, some patterns, some making samples to George .
顾芝音;After I get your samples,I need 10 days to make samples,and 5days to express mail.Total 20days around.
Arrive at the production lines,the production inspection lines and packing lines
顾芝音:We have 10 years experiences to make garments.Here the 5 production lines,the 2 production inspection lines and 1 packing lines.I think they are qualified to you,right? If you’re not quite sure,you can just play a test order.
George:I’ll do.
顾芝音:After you conform our samples you can play the orders, and we get everything ready include your payment terms,30days to produce the materals(fabrics) and 30days to make garments and 30days to ship to you.
George:Excuse me,where is the bathroom?
工厂Boss: I show you,come on. Or顾芝音: He takes you to the bathroom.
顾芝音:Are you hungary?
George:Yeah.
顾芝音:We stay here for a lunch?
George:Ok,just a simple working lunch.
Afetr the lunch.
顾芝音et’s go back.
Back to顾芝音’s company.
顾芝音: Everything’s ok?How’s this manufacturer?If you’re not satifactory to them,just let me know your ideas,and my boss will arrange another one.
顾芝音calls her boss about all working with George,and arranges the next day schedule.
顾芝音:I just call my boss,he suggests the next schedule is……,is that ok?
Arrive at顾芝音’s company.
顾芝音:Nice talk to you.
顾芝音:See you tomorrow,or see you tonight.
George: See you.
顾芝音and George shake the hands.
