2.Good English communication, oral and written skills.

3.Typically has 3-year or above of experience working in a pre-press, print,post-press or packaging environment. And 1 years of management experience ,training experience or both
至少有三年以上在印前、印刷及包装行业的相关工作经验和一以上管理经验及培训经验
4.Good understanding of process from design to post-press, including technical aspects such as color management,experienced in press check.
深刻理解从设计到印后的流程，包括技术方面，如印刷颜色质量管理,有印刷看色经验.
5.Be familiar with understanding packaging print and design, including box,cards,labels, etc.
熟悉并理解包装从设计到印刷的过程，包括纸盒、卡片，标签等
6.Know AQL inspection procedure and related testing methods.
懂AQL验货流程和标准，懂印刷包装相关测试方法.
7.Be familiar with ISO 12647，G7 and GMI is perfect.
熟悉ISO 12647,G7和GMI的优先.

8.Adaptable,flexible,Team Player and problem solving skills.Keen eye for details and eager to learn
