How to control the un-expected thing occus during the inspection?

Do we report everything/feedback to our company, when some un-expected matter occurs ?
Say, the shippming marks was wrong.....and we have to report this, right?



P.S.  I cant type in chinese, as the notebook dont support chinese input.

看来你真是一个初级的验货员啊,唛头错误当然要报告了,就是不FAIL,那REMARK里一定要写上的!不然就是你业务的问题了!网上到处是五笔,你就不能下载一个,电脑水平要提高啊!

If I do the final inspection, I will just accept or reject the goods with the inspection report.  If I do
in-line inspection, I will ask factory to correct the defects and give a detailed correction report. Inspection items depend on the engineer's IP(inspection protocol) .

thanks your reply and comments. As for the chinese typing, as the boss not allow me to use the laptop for non-business usage. he not allow me to use chinese inputing in this notebook.

that depends on your company, for most enterprises that belongs to HK, you must report to them and only they can make a decision about acceptance or rejection. If you reported USA or other oversea supersiors, they may consign the rights to you, you just report them about the result. For the wrong shipping mark, as usual, you should report your supervisor and ask the vendor to correct!

Plug, here just provided you a perfect condition to practise your English, if you can use English, why not? whoever will not blame you for what you say is right or not. you can use Chinese once in while. no one will laugh at you. Just try! Don't forget our purpose, to advance together!

thanks your comments. and my company is a italia company and has a HK office, my core task just to check up the goods' quality and report to the HK office.....

Easy.
First, you must know you will assume full responsibility for the packing after inspection.
so, when you find packing mistake, you should let factory to correct it at once.
you needn't report to your leader.
But if the factory is unwilling to improve. Or, it is no time to correct for catching a shipment, you should report to your final decision maker. If you obtain a authorization to let the bulk
release with packing mistake. so you should write this issue in your report. And write formal
email to all related staff as a note.

I don't think so,cause ,we are all chinese ,so sometime for example,if the rsik you take is under your control,just do it ,there is nothing big deal,experience make you perfect,so if you help the factory,they will help you ,if the shipping mark was  wrong,just remake it,it only need a little time,so this method is win-win to both you and the supplier
