请问这家公司怎么样？他们招这个职位都好几个月了？如果很好，应该很快招了人才对？要么要求很高？

东莞宝鑫贸易有限公司

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

·
Performs product tests and inspections on all product stages of pre-Pilot, Pilot and mass production according to related documents; records and reports the test results.
·
Does judgment as “Accept” or “Reject” for inspected shipments in accordance with sampling plan and product specification.
·
Participates in the Product/Process audit per the arrangement of quality engineer/senior inspector.
·
Performs Consumer tests or other kinds of tests per the arrangement of quality engineer /senior inspector.

SPECIFI CATIONS:
·
Secondary education.
·
At least 2 years experiences in mechanical inspection and electrical testing of electronic products, experience in toys industry (plastic toys, rubber toys, plush toys) and sewing industry will be preferable.
·
Skilled in use of inspection gauges/tools and international sampling standard.
·
Skilled in writing quality reports, using Excel or other common reporting tools.
·
Skilled in reading English.

ACCOUNTABILITIES:

·
Reports deviations from process specifications.
·
Performs product tests and inspections correctly within the assigned time period.
·
Judges “Accept” or “Reject” the shipments in outgoing inspection in accordance with sampling plan and product specifications.

RELATIONSHIPS:

·
Reports directly to Quality Engineer.
·
Works with contract manufacturer engineers and QA inspectors.
·
Works with RSC design/sustaining engineers, quality engineers and QA inspectors.

是叫SVI 不？待遇好像4K左右，做鬼节产品的，上半年比较忙，鬼节过后就机会可以休长假了。浙江好像有点，要轮值的好像，一般1-2个月换一次吧，以上信息只是大概哦。

这公司不好,我刚从里面出来,工资不会超过4k,经理现在是个大陆的,以前是一个鸟QA,由于会拍马屁,后来香港人干掉后,他上位.心眼小的很,看你赚了两坱辛苦钱,就要你请吃饭还要拍他马屁,否则天天让你座办公室,因为排期他要自己排,不绐协调员排单.报销现在被他卡的基本没赚的了,每年都在老板面前说公司qc部今年又省了多少费用.简值就是一条狗.忙的时候顶多3个月,其余时间可以休长假了.
