"...无瑕疵验货报告正本由NEWRY LTD. 授权人员签名发出。并且文件上之签名需由文件押汇银行(DC issuing bank)认证过 (验货报告上需注明此份文件需由文件押汇银行认证)"
注解：
1) authorized signatory(ies) - 买家QC 或是外派人员
2) DC issuing bank - 文件押汇银行（买家银行）
善意提醒一下。基本上跟买方做DC需要跟对方有一定程度的商务往来以及信任，因为对方其实并无正式开立信用状(L/C)。做DC对卖方较无保障，请小心为上。作者: yin168 时间: 2012-2-24 21:49
再根据以上回覆做出补充。
"DC issuing Bank" 亦可做 "开状银行"。DC 可译做为"Documentary Credit"，词义亦同LC，只是现在较少使用。若已经收到对方开立的L/C，并经我方银行确认过，便无须担心上一封回覆所说DC条款问题。
