外观：不能有补丁,熔接处要光滑，不能有锐角锐边。
功能测试：依据产品类型，首先确认工厂针对漏气是否是全检项目，因产品大小不同会有12-24小时的保压测试，检验时请确认工厂是否以此执行。
到工厂核对麦头确认是我司出货产品后，先抽检测试之产品做功能及充气测试，以便有足够的时间确定产品是否有漏气现象。
针对体积比较小的充气产品，充气后将产品置于水中，检查是否有漏气现象；
针对体积大的可用一定浓度的肥皂水，用手涂抹产品本体，察看是否有气泡产生。
功能性测试：冲击测试，静载测试，按照产品的实际用途，在大于产品实际承受重量1.5倍下静载。

另外气嘴的测试也要注意....
气嘴与气塞的配合影响到一个充气产品的效果......
过松会易漏气
