如果功率没有超过限值的要求,可以判定合格.

但是标准中有这样的规定: A variation of less than 5% in the measured power over 5 min is cansidered stable. 在AS4665.1中有这样的规定:If the a.c. input power is not stable, it shall be reported that the EUT cannot be tested and testing shall cease.
