An ALCI functions in either line polarity, and may or may not operate under an open neutral condition on the line side of the device. The ALCI may be either manually resettable or nonresettable and may be part of the attachment plug or the power supply cord, or it may be located in the appliance itself.

第一句话怎么解释.(所谓ALCI指的是: Appliance Leakage-current Interrupters

还有下面这句: The wiring terminals are not suitable for field wiring.

楼上的意思,我不是很明白,因为产品不同于GFCI,所以那个 open neutral condition 不知道是不是GFCI的特殊功能.就是我们经常说的中线接地.请各位达人再发表高论吧,期待......

是不是UL文档中的一段话？如果是的话，那些缩写词的意思，UL文档中应该会有说明
