是可以双重绝缘啊，请参考：
Style 1617 Insulated Wire.

Rating 105 deg C, 600 Vac, Horizontal flame.
Insulation Labeled or complying with the manufacturer's AWM Procedure.
Covering PVC: From 5 to 40 mils.
Standard Appliance Wiring Material UL 758.
Marking General.
Use Internal wiring of Electronic Equipment.

还有1个因素需考虑，最低1层的厚度必须0.4mm。
