首先我不是高手，但是之前公司有生产UL产品，呵呵，对于你们公司出的对策，不是长久之计，而且存在隐患，如果被他们得到，可能要被封货哦，不过生产厂是应该将生产代码或者公司名称标示清楚的（UL档案号），他们检查时不管你是不是贸易商还是什么的，因为他们要追溯货源，如果产品出现问题，生产商是必纠的。作者: ll123456 时间: 2012-2-5 21:12
每种认证都有这种情况, 出口产品名牌不允许出现公司名称和商标和地址, 但是,有个最简单的办法, 楼主在申请UL认证时没有提出来, 就是代号,只要通过代号就可以查到贵公司,
再者说,对于外层大包装上的公司名称, 这是不能省的, CCC也不符合, 客户不能做无本生意,他 可以换包装的; 他还可以做多重列名,直接把自己的贸易公司做为列名就可以

Don't deal with it as you said cause it's very serious if it's found by the UL auditor, and communicate with UL Suzhou office and tell them this story, then revise the description of your FUS procedure, I think only paper work needs to be done in this case, may be no additional money is needed... you have several selections:
1. Try to pursude your sales department, that the recognized company name or trade mark or File No. can be shown on the outer package, why not, this kind of information is not shown on the products themselves, just on the package, not always be trapped by other departments, sometimes, as a quality engineer or safety engineer, you must be powerful.
2. If the first selection can not be accepted, then revise the recognized company name to trademark or file No., then print your company's trade mark or file No. on the package...
