关于UL1310 CLS24.2 关于如何测量工作电压。
C) the voltage of a class 2 circuit is regarded as zero for determianation of through air spacings, however the voltage for a class 2 circuit shall be taken into account for determination of over surface sapcing.

这段话的意思是：如果是CLASS 2的输入电压的电路，那么根据电路上的工作电压，需要考虑爬电距离，而不用考虑电气间隙？

这段话的意思是：对于 class 2 circuit ，在决定电气间隙的距离时不考虑其电压值（即认为是0V），而在决定爬电距离时则需要考虑其电压值。
