the lamp controlgear case at tc 有点不理解，是说控制器要在环境温度为tc的情况下进行测试吗？
另外要求测量控制器外壳的温度，但标准没有要求考核这个温度，测量的目的是什么，是作为材料球压测试的参考吗？
