Bonding circuit efficacy determined by resistance measurement. If greater than 0.10 ohm then Bonding impedance test required. No action required, revisions clarify current practice.

有关是否可靠的Bonding连接，通过测量连接电阻，如果连接电阻高于0.1欧，需要通过Bonding Impedance测试(通于30A电流)。最后那句是关于该项目修改会不会对目前产品有何影响：结果是不会影响目前已经申请通过的产品，不需要额外的结构，测试等要求。
