个人认为：落地灯与火炬灯是两个不同范畴的概念，不知楼主想怎样区分呢？
落地灯中可做成火炬灯，但火炬灯中就不一定只能做落地灯，比如也可做成吊灯啊，台灯也可以啊!作者: pxcuag 时间: 2012-1-19 11:33
UL的在UL153有特别说明:
2.42.1 TORCHIERE – A portable luminaire supported by the floor having a bowl shaped shade with the concave surface facing upward (open top/closed bottom design) intended to provide indirect light. The lamp (bulb) is typically 5 – 6 feet (1.27 – 1.52 m) above the floor and is hidden from direct view by the concave shade.
