其实，如果要是简单的翻译的话也未必会用，否者拿本中文版的就好了
关键是要理解，这里是指对与外壳开孔的要求。
单个开孔面积小于3.23 mm2（并且长度小于76.2 mm，如果是圆孔的话下面那个条款B中有要求）， 所有开孔总面积小于161.29 mm2。
对于长度大于76.2 mm的部分，两块外壳必须有叠加的部分（比如通过止口）。
