请教个关于3C申请问题：

举个例子：
A 申请人与制造商是同一间公司（名称：A公司）
B生产厂（名称：A公司分厂）

这样A公司与A公司分厂的关系属于ODM吗？有没依据？

NO, it can not be called ODM as you described, if it's ODM, then the factory location will have no relationship with the applicant and the manufacturer...

应该不属于吧~
