Re:item cancellation 0983, 1735
1)We can not accept the reason 'quality issue' for the cancellation of item 1983, 1735,surely will not accept the cancellation. Especailly regarding we have finished the production according to Target official order's request. We list the finished qty detail as attached grid.We need Target to place revised po for these qty. For the open po, we can accept partial shipment, and we have to receive revised official po for the cancelled items from Target before we make the partial shipment. We will make booking accordingly upon receipt of your confirmation.We will not accept any penalty due to late shipment because of the late feedback of Target confirmation.
Re:Black seal sample,
We can fill the TRF to BV, but regarding the testing is one by one testing, the charge is so high, we can not help on the testing cost.
We need your confirmation before we send the application form to BV.
[Michael]:首先我们对于取消的订单很直接了当的提出我们无法接受，并且反驳客人说提出的质量问题，因为Target每次出货都要经过其QA部门的验货合格才能装船，并且每年都要做实验室测试。再者，我们所有的订单都是完全按照Target正式订单的指示生产的，就供应商的责任而言，我们没有任何过失。接着，我们提出我们的要求，针对已经完成的货物，我们可以安排分批出运，这点上我们是作了让步的，我们没有让客人一次性把全部货物都运走，我们要求客人把取消的那部分订单重新下发。但是我们从最后的结果来看，低估了Target美国的厚颜无耻，在短期利益面前，有的时候没有商业信誉可言。
Since our PM is working on the cancel items, please ship the rest of the merchandise now without any further delay. The updated PO is on the way, so please kindly ship with confirmation by this email. As you know the forwarder already notice this change, so you do not need to insist on PO receive.
About the Black seal sample; this is a regular process for some high risk product in both our Target Hard-line and Soft-line. Since it is not apply to all programs, you might not easy to search from our POL system. However, as you know that now is a sensitive time for your product. We are not making any assumption and guessing, and the test will tell the result itself. For your business integrity, please kindly submit the test and honor the necessary fee as our partner.

[Michael]: 客人说他们的PM（product manager）正在working on the cancel items,你不要理解成她正在恢复已经取消的这些款，因为work on本身是一个中性词，具体意思更倾向于操作和执行的意思，并无恢复之意。而且客人提议我们说无须坚持看到更改的PO，这是缓兵之计，对于我们来说，我们最大的筹码就是手上这些没有出运的货物，Target需要这些货物，一旦我们把这些货物出运掉，我们就没了谈判的筹码，所以我们必须坚持在看到客人承诺会拿走这两票货物，并在系统里更改，我们收到更改的订单，才会订仓操作，因为系统上的数据更改，往往意味着客人内部取得了一致，才能更改。并且我们丑话说在前头，这次我们扣住货物导致船期晚，我们不会承担晚交货的罚金，因为Target这些超市客人很喜欢来这一套，船期晚了是否要罚金，客人是有权决定的。
