个人理解是ＩＰ测试后样品内部允许有水迹，只要依然满足２９和１６章的要求就好了。

标准好像明确说允许有水，只要不影响29的要求。
如果内部有水都是过不了的话标准就可以直接要求The appliance shall then withstand the electric strength test of 16.3 and inspection shall show that there is no trace of water就好了，干吗还要加上后面这个要求呢which could result in a reduction of clearances

如果说是有水进入器具，并且是已经接近于带电部件，虽然实验结束后并没有影响到底29章的爬电距离，但是从安全隐患角度，应该也要判其不合格。作者: qing1234 时间: 2012-1-6 18:58

要求不能有水迹

标准的目的是水进入内部后不会产生安全隐患。
判定关键是“趋势”，如果结构上不会形成影响29章的水迹，则可判OK，否则，虽然试验规定时间后没问题（标准要求的电气强度试验，安全距离等pass）,但保险起见，很多人也会判NG的。
