各位好，

请问大家如何理解IEC 60335-2-14 20.2(如下)?
The unexpected reclosure of self-resetting thermal cut-outs and overcurrent protective devices shall not cause a hazard.

NOTE 3 Examples of appliances in which self-resetting thermal cut-outs and overcurrent protective devices could cause a hazard are food mixers and wringers.

原来我以为CE的Blender(非手持式)是不能用自复位的热保护的，或只能用那种PTC，跳开后要将机子的插头从插座上拨下来，清除故障重新插上才能用。因为担心用户在使用时马达温度过高停止工作，没拨插头就去清理食物，在清理过程突然着机而受到伤害。但今天看到一个Blender的CB报告，此Blender是用自复位的热保护的，而且结果Pass。

所以请问各位，CB的Blender可不可以用self-resetting thermal cut-outs?

没人知道吗？做Blender的应该不少呀。

是说：自复位的热断路器和过热保护器的意外闭合不能造成机械伤害
所以，只要刀头防护好（如不取下刀头组件就不能清理刀片），就可以用自复位的热断路器和过热保护器

是说：自复位的热断路器和过热保护器的意外闭合不能造成机械伤害
所以，只要刀头防护好（如不取下刀头组件就不能清理刀片），就可以用自复位的热断路器和过热保护器

这个Blender有Interlock，即要将杯身锁在刀座上才能着机，按你讲的可以用自复位的热断路器了，对吧？

相反，如果没有Interlock，单刀座(没有大杯)锁在主机上即可开机，是不可以用自复位的热断路器的，也是不符合安规IEC60335-2-14 20.2的，对吧？

也不单是interlock的问题，note 3 的搅拌器和绞肉器，都是刀片在一个密闭的容器内，安装到位到才能工作，手指不会碰到刀片，只有把刀片组件取下才能碰到刀片。
也就是说，只要结构能保证，即使自复位的热断路器和过热保护器的意外闭合了，刀片也是处在人手不能碰到的位置（例如在密闭的搅拌容器内），应该就没问题了
