NOA is notice of authorization, but I don't know what's the NOC.
NOA is issued in the case that the UL engineer has already finished most of the tests, and there is evidance that no risk can exist, but it needs a little long time for the engineer to finish the official UL FUS procedure, then the NOA was issued and authorize the manufacturer can ship out the products with the UL mark attached...作者: fumsga 时间: 2012-1-6 18:38
一般在首次申请新的FILE后会给NOC, NOTICE OF COMPLETION, 表明只是完成了申请，但要在IPI之后才可以使用UL标识，完成IPI后也可以向UL工程师要求，请他们补上一份NOA
