Operating: Pour water into kettle, make sure the water volume filled into the kettle between 0.5L(Min) to 1.7L(Max). Place the kettle to the cordless base, preset the temperature adjustment button to 100℃ position, press the switch to “ I ” position, then the indicating lamp is now lighted until water is boiled up.
Water only can be boiled up when you set the knob on 100℃ position, and press down the switch to “I” position.
Activate the keep warm function:
After the water boiled up, set the knob on 80℃ position, then press down switch on “ I ”position, the indicating lamp is now lighted until you cancel the keep warm function.
Water in the kettle will be keeping warm circularly( on this condition, you can keep warm the water around 80℃ degree any time).
Deactivate the keep warm function:
You can set the knob to Off position or press the switch on “0” position to cancel the keep warm function.
On the condition of keep warm function activated, if you do not switch off the kettle, it will keep operating until the water in the jug kettle has completely evaporated. When this happens, the overheat protection will be activated.
SAFETY CUT-OUT
This jug kettle is protected with an automatic safety device that switches the appliance off automatically if it is accidentally switched on without water. Please bear in mind that only the thermostat is switched off in case of overheat, In this case, wait about 10 minutes for the element to cool. Then pour in sufficient cold water to cover the element.
