after the teses, the cord shall not have been longitudinally--------------nor shall there be appreciable strain at the connection.
怎么去判断nor appreciable strain at the terminals呢？
是否是说线扣到内部连接端子之间的电线不能绷紧，否则的话即使电线只要1毫米的位移，此时端子处也是受到了拉力。这时测试就失败。所以线扣到内部连接端子之间的电线需要有一定松弛呢？

通常在压线块的部分用一记号笔标记,
同时在supply cord 与内部的导线连接出不用标记,因为只要supply cord 部分没有
受到明显的拉力,连线端子都不考虑!

标准规定电线不能超过2mm的位移。就你说哪怕位移没超过2mm，但是内部连接端子之间的电线已经绷紧，当然也是不允许的。作者: pxcuag 时间: 2012-1-3 12:19

2mm和1mm的要求大家都知道

同上。最好测试的时候里面的线材最好剪掉
