最近在看一个客户标准的时候有这么一段，谁能帮忙说一下VDE中关于三端双向可控硅与二极管替代实验的要求：
Triac in diode mode (VDE request)
Test according to the following method. During the test, record the winding temperature and
samples should conform: There must be no fire or smoke from the pump.
Pump with thermal protector
? Test equipment: hot-line resistance tester , thermocouple, thermocouple monitor
? Test method:
Place a thermocouple on the surface of winding in order to monitor the winding temperature. Remove the triac and use diode instead it, apply rated voltage to sample until steady conditions are established. And record the temperature. The highest temperature should be less than 240℃?if its insulation grade is F. (according to GB4706.1 ITEM 19.7)
这个主要讲的是洗衣机上用的排水泵，Remove the triac and use diode instead it,
移除其中的三端双向可控硅开关，然后用二极管代替，资料上说是VDE的要求。
所以不知道这个三端双向可控硅开关和二极管的替代有什么直接关系？
或者那位朋友能帮忙分析一下这个到底是怎么一个试验!

是IEC60335-1 19.11.2 模拟电子电路故障a到f故障测试中的e测试e)可控硅以二极管方式失效。
