标题: 开关上的O/1标识
大家讨论一下，开关上的0/1标识丝印（模压不算）是否需要进行汽油擦拭试验，理由是什么？
你遇到的开关0/1标识是否又能通过试验？
我试过，很多厂家不能通过试验哦。

开关上的0/1标识丝印（模压不算）是需要进行汽油擦拭试验，理由是：
IEC 61058-1（GB 15092.1）， Cl. 8.9中有具体要求:
8.9 The required marking shall be legible and durable.
Compliance with the requirements of 8.1 to 8.8 is checked by inspection and
by rubbing the marking by hand as follows:
a) 15 back-and-forth movements in about 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked
with distilled water, followed by
b) 15 back-and-forth movements in about 15 s with a piece of cloth soaked
with petroleum spirit.
During the tests, the soaked piece of cloth shall be pressed on the marking
with a pressure of about 2 N/cm2.
After these tests, the marking shall still be legible.

如测试通不过，是不符合标准要求的。

标识里的重要项,当然要测试了..过不了会FIELL

60035-1 7.15中要求本标准的标志应清晰易读并持久耐用,通过擦拭试验来检验其合格性

我们公司的丝印的标识都能通过测试,可要求供应商找其它的丝印油墨,丝印的材质不同油墨也不同,工艺也不同,PP料的要一种的PP水的溶液,可提高丝印的覆着力.

曾见过机械标牌上的技术参数用蓝色水笔写的，真太强了，我吐了下口水它就消失了
