在做第19.107时，达不到标准所要求的条件：“the
running speed of the motor is just sufficient to prevent a thermal cut-out from operating”
因为thermal cut-out未动作的时候，Themal fuse 已经烧掉了，即整个机器不工作，现在实验室那边判定Fail了，我觉得这样对整个产品来说是没有危险的，因此不同意他的观点。

我个人感觉你产品动作顺序应该颠倒过来，先thermal cut-out动作，再Themal fuse 断开。
