泄漏电流限制做了如下变化:
OI类由原0.5改为0.75;
I类制冷器具refrigerating appliance,泄漏电流限制采用相应的驻立式I类(stationary class I)器具的要求(一般为3.5);

现在基本没有01类的器具。

以上说法是不正确的。
