同样，在EN 60335-1中，也有同样的要求：
27 Provision for earthing: the fourth paragraph-----
safety extra-low voltage circuits shall not be earthed unless they are protective extra-low voltage circuits.

个人的理解,可能有误,欢迎指正.
1) 从功能上, SELV电路接地的话,应该是不能正常工作的.
2) 从安全角度, EN地线与LN间是基本绝缘的,不论是供电还是产品电路. 这样SELV一旦接地,则与L,N只有基本绝缘,安全上不允许. UL的地与N是连通的,就更不行了.作者: 志纤陶 时间: 2011-12-2 17:56

关于EN 60335-1中的要求，是否可以这样理解：
一但SELV电路同保护接地连接，应该定义为PELV电路，按照PELV电路要求考虑。

我觉得：
SELV电路的电压是RMS 42V(空载RMS 50V)，根据8.1.4这个电压不是"not considered to be live"，但是由于SELV，由安全隔离变压器供电，所以可以认为是安全的！但是当其接地，就不是隔离的了，就不属于SELV的范畴了，即不认为其是安全的电压了，所以不能接地；接地后，
只能认为是PELV了。
