标题: FIMKO这算是什么意思？

这个是我们某产品的FIMKO证书，上面明明写着有效期到2014.4.28

但是今天收到FIMKO的一份信函，寄出日期是2010.1.8，其中第一段写的楞是没看明白：

We enclose for annual updating a list of your products that have a valid FI certification on December 31,2009.On basis of the register the annual maintenance fee for the FI certification and the certificate holder's base fee are debited.The invoice will be sent to you in February 2010.

特别是" that have a valid FI certification on December 31,2009"是什么意思？2009.12.31到期！？

另外，有有效期限制的证书（如我们这个FIMKO到2014年）也是每年要收取年费的吗？

是说你持有的有效的FI证书需要付年费了，会在2010年2月把FP寄给你！
