现手上有一款大功率LED灯杯做CE认证，不知道用什么标准？
额定参数：输入：200-240V，3W 有E27和GU10两种灯头。

I think it should be IEC 60825 -1 to test the laser class first , and the laser class should be Class 1, and then, IEC 60598 -1 also need to test too.
