标题: stability
如图，ASTM-F963&EN71-1是否要做stability，如果豁免，出处又在哪里？大家讨论一下测试年龄是多少？

ASTM： 4.15.1
Ride-on toys of spherical, cylindrical, or other shape that do
not normally have a stable base are not covered by these
requirement.
EN: 4.15.1.4
Toys that by their design do not have a stable base (e.g. pogo sticks, moon hoppers)

球状的产品肯定是不需要做稳定性的，另外一个应该是可以承受住儿童重量的吧，（应该不会一坐下去就塌吧？）所以这个是要做稳定性测试的。
