楼主，建议考虑（1）4.10.1（d）其他玩具。
Toys other than those covered by item a), b) or c) above, with folding or sliding mechanisms intended to
bear or capable of bearing the mass of a child and capable of injuring fingers, shall be so constructed that
the space between moving elements shall also allow a 12 mm diameter rod to be inserted if it allows a
5 mm diameter rod to be inserted.
（2）4.15.1.6传动及车轮布置（b）Wheels directly propelled by pedals shall not have slots or holes with a width greater than 5 mm.（c）Spaces between the wheels and the body or parts of the body (e.g. mudguards) shall also allow a 12 mm diameter rod to be inserted if they allow a 5 mm diameter rod to be inserted. 所以补充3岁以下的要求如5。1
另外无折叠机构可不靠4.10.1d
