Normally, no.
For UL listing mark, UL only needs to show the four elements: "UL" with a circle outside, "Listed", UL control No. and the product identity.
For UL recognized products: No specified requirements, even if the "RU" is not a necessary element.

建議您可以回過頭去看手邊的UL FUS procedure
裡頭會很清楚的定義UL logo的四個要件
只要這四個要件的內容沒變動都不需要額外報備
此外, 您可以將含有此UL logo的完整label的圖面寄給UL label center
請label center幫您的label核可蓋章
只要有了這個文件,可確保您的產品在UL工檢時不會被挑毛病~!!!
