标题: 橡皮筋的en测试问题
如下面的图绑doll头发的橡皮筋，test age：3-。做en71 part5.4 cords test，如果拉25n测厚度，0.6mm，meet不到要求；我觉得它是一个loop，不是noose，我觉得en只是对自由绳和noose有要求，所以最多只是符合5.4的a）量绳子厚度和d）自收缩绳来测mechanism recoil force。这是我的个人理解，大家觉得需不需要做5.4 c），按noose量其周长？

但是en对具体怎么测mechanism recoil force没有写出具体测法，是否按ASTM的做法？

从危险角度考虑，此橡皮筋的loop与带slipknot的noose都有缠绕危险，应计算其周长；
至于mechanism recoil force，可以参考F963

For the elastic to tie doll's hair, I think it should be as a cord,but if it is difficult to remove for children under 3 years of age,I think it is not hazardous,hope this help
