NOTE Monofilament doll hair is not considered as a cord.
EN71-2:
Attachments made from elastic or string which are used for the purpose of securing a mask, hat etc. on the head shall not be tested.
ASTM F963:
strings—long slender flexible material usually consisting of several strands (as of thread or yarn) woven or twisted together, usually used to bind, fasten, tether, or tie. This does not include string when used, for example, for hair on a doll.
