SONCAP强制认证产品管制清单(2009/6月份更新)
All products including all those already covered by the list of Regulated Products are allowed except the following:
      - Food Products
      - Drugs
      - Medicals other than equipments and machines
      - Chemicals used as raw materials
      - Military wares and equipments
      - Aviation Related Products
      - Industrial Machinery for Manufacturing
      - Used products other than automobiles
      - CKD bicycle, motorcycle, automobiles for bonafide manufacturers /assembles
所有产品都被列入SONCAP管制清单，除了下列：
-食品
-药品
-医疗用品(设备和仪器除外)
-化学品原料
-军事用品和设备
-航空相关产品
-工业制造业机械
-二手产品(机动车辆除外)
-提供给合法的生产商或组装厂进行组装的单车、摩托车和机动车辆组件。
