标题: [求助] 酒吧椅PU皮出问题了
我检验的时候皮革还是好好的，但是到国外以后就出现了破裂的问题。你们可以看看图片。
各位高手，帮我分析一下，大概是什么原因造成的？？国外就一致认为是PU皮有问题。外箱都是好的，而且椅子都用气泡袋包装的。郁闷中………………

有没有人帮帮小弟吗？你们在检验吧椅的时候，PU和PVC皮革方面是如何检验的？
这是第二次了，每次验货的时候都没包装，我一个一个看的，而且是好好的，并且摔箱测试也做过了，只是发现金属部件的某个地方有点刮伤以外，皮革都是好的。

没有按照规定抽检完吧？？

如果大批量的只发现几个，那倒没啥问题，你完全可以用AQL来堵住他们的嘴

前提是你自己要理直气壮。。。。

我是没有根据AQL来抽检，由于数量只有300多把，我是全检的，当时并没有发现问题。国外老板也没说出现问题的数量是多少

运到那儿的？皮质差，单层皮，遇温度高就收缩，再加上抗拉性差，就易破了。。

Your company didn't setup  QC procedures to control product from raw material.That's why your company didn't require any LAB testing process when your got preproduction sample.

Whatever real leather,PU,PVC,bonded,we shall be do below testing for guarantee the quality of raw material.
1.WET AND DRY RUB TESTING 2.  TENSILE TESTING  3.STATIC PRESSURE TESTING.

These testing need testing machines.Even lots of all companies can't offer these machine.We also need to ask 3th part serve for these testing servises. As an inspector job,I think you  just can inspect workmanship, packing and do some on site testing for the bulk. Inspector can't have capability to
solve these testing issue at all.The solution is  you should be asking your boss setup the LAB testing process.

I think you just an inspector no QC manager,so you can't take responsibility for this mistake.
But your boss have to lost money and you win this experiences.

PU是这种人造材料一定不能长时间高温下储存
再有就是pu越薄就会越便宜，越薄越容易破裂，还要查看PU的底料
