Responsibility
1.Perform inspection work in process, including first article,products, packing and sometimes loadding operation.
2.Inspect new sample we developed and feedback.Evaluate the sample and improve it when necessary.
3.Evaluate the package and improve it on every new product.
4.Keep updating the product list in time.
5.Provide inspection report on a week basis.
6.Investigate the reason and take action on issues.
Qualification
1.Good English in both speaking and listening, nice communication with foreigner.
2.Wide knowledge on metal and wood fabrication, be familiar with the process of metal sheet, wire, tube, solid wood, plywood producing.
3.Experience on powder coating, E-coating, stain, plating .etc would be prefered.
4.The ability to make decision independently on common quality issue.
5.Nice comprehension on product drawing.
6.Honest, self-master and hard working.

Shower head& hose. clothing socks and so on. master skills for packaging requirement and testing methods according to related package standard and good control and improve. at the same time .familiar with inspection procedures and assurance and inspection operation of baby carriages, mummy bag, plastic baby tub. stroller . potty . and foam toys. furniture and baby cot and so on.
Also master found and maintenance of quality assurance system .and take part in education and training on TS16949 quality system . have enough experience on audit for factory audit and on duty of society and quality system and produce ability .ect . thus I can conduct part-time factory audit according to client's requirement .
My performance of work is serious. careful, sincere and true . and good at english reading and writing, base oral is Ok
